Nature

Bonaire has some great nature to offer you. You could go out to the National Park Washington Slagbaai, a unique natural area where you can admire Flamingo's, Iguana's and much more flora and fauna. There's a long or short tour. (Scooters may not enter the park). There is a small entrance fee, but if you have a dive or snorkling tag, admission to the park is free.
At the east side of the island is the rough sea, where the high waves are smashed on the rocks. If you go there, remember there are lots of unpaved small roads. Furthermore to visit is the flamingo sanctuary and the Solar Salt Works, Donkey sanctuary, Lac Cai with its shell hills and many other places. Ask for more information or see the brochures in your apartment.
