Bonaire is part of the so-called ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao) and is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It lies in the Caribbean Sea approx. 12 Degrees north of the equator 50 miles (80 km) north of Venezuela. Bonaire is especially with divers well known for its coral reefs. For non-diving visitors Bonaire has also much to offer: Nature, Landscapes (Washington Slagbaai National Park) Beaches, Snorkeling and a wide range of sportive activities.
